What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Cash

Do I need to make a reservation?
Although not required, reservations are encouraged to guarantee your stork will be available to you.  We'll take the entire order ahead of time and once your new baby is born, just give us sa quick call with the specifics and the sign will be delivered.

Where do you deliver?
We will deliver, set-up and remove your stork for free to our main delivery area.  Please click on the Delivery Area tab to under the Home Page for specific cities.

How much notice do you need?
We prefer 36-48 hours notice but are here to help you!  We will do our best to handle rush orders of 24 hour/same day notices.

When do you deliver and pick-up your stork signs?
We like to deliver the day before the new baby arrives home.  We pick up the sign after 6:00pm on the last day of the sign rental period.  You do not need to be home for delivery or pick-up.

What is a sibling star?
A sibling star is an additional keepsake star which allows an older brother or sister to be included in this special event.  A sibling star usually contains a message such as "Proud Big Sister Paige" or "Parker is a Big Brother!"  The sibling star goes in the ground next to the main stork and stands about 12-18" above ground.

What days of the week do you deliver?
We delivery 7 days a week, just like moms do! 

What if the weather is bad, will you deliver?
We will do our best to deliver your sign in all weather conditions but we reserve the right to cancel the delivery if we can't get to the location safely.  We will contact you to re-schedule or you have the option of canceling. 

How are the signs set-up?
We use small stakes that go into the ground about 10-12".  In order to do this, we need a grassy or mulched area that is accessible.  If you have a sprinkler system, please mark the spot where you would like us to place the sign if you will not be available at the time of delivery.  If you live in
an apartment complex, condo association, etc., please obtain permission from your apartment/condo manager first.

Can I move my sign?
Please do not attempt to move the sign.  If you would like it moved to a different location, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can I mow and water my lawn?
If you must mow your yard during the rental period, please be careful trimming and mowing around the sign.  If at all possible, please avoid trimming around the sign until it has been removed.  We understand that this is not always feasible, especially for the longer rentals, but we do sincerely appreciate you taking precautions to protect our sign.  Watering is fine as our signs are sealed to protect them from water damage.

What if the sign becomes damaged?
Our signs have been successfully tested in wind and rain and have proved very durable.  If however, you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please notify us immediately.  Our signs are not designed to withstand climbing by children.  Please, for your children's safety, do not allow them to play on or near the sign.  If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately.

Do your storks work indoors?
Yes, our storks are 5' tall and can easily be set-up indoors.
